General Settings for Business Email (IMAP/POP)
Key Information for Configuring Your Email
When setting up your Business Email (IMAP) account, use the following key information regardless of the email client you're using:
- Incoming Mail Server (IMAP/POP):

- Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):
mail.webconnect.com.au
Additional Settings
- Username: Your full email address (e.g.,

) - Password: The password associated with your email account.
- IMAP Port:

(with SSL/TLS) - POP3 Port:

(with STARTTLS) - Authentication: Required for both incoming and outgoing servers (use the same username and password).
- Encryption: SSL/TLS for both IMAP and SMTP.
Important Notes
- Ensure that you use the full email address as the username.
- Authentication is required for sending emails (SMTP).
