The following guide will walk you through configuring your Office 365 account on the Mail app for iPhone.

1. Open the Settings app by clicking the icon.

1. Click Passwords and Accounts.

1. Click Add Account.

1. Choose Exchange from the list of account types.

1. Enter your Email Address and add a description for your reference.

1. When prompted, click Sign In.

1. Enter your password and click Sign In.

1. If prompted for an account code, use the code displayed on your authenticator app and click Verify.

!!! note If you have not enabled 2-factor authentication, you will not see this prompt.

1. When prompted, click the checkbox and click Accept.

1. Choose the applications you would like to use this email account with, then click Save.

Configuring Office 365 Email on Android

The following guide will walk you through configuring your Office 365 account on the Email app for Android.

1. Start by navigating to your Settings app.

1. Tap on Accounts and backup.

1. Tap on Accounts.

1. Tap on Email.

1. You will find this button at the bottom of the screen, tap on it to continue.

1. Tap on Office365.

1. Enter your email address and tap next.

1. Enter your password and tap Sign in.

1. Tap on Accept.

1. Tap on Apply.

1. Tap on Activate.

Your email has now been configured successfully.
